Freedom Tray Customer Review

The Freedom EX 2 was the perfect choice for me. It folds up nicely when not being used and sits low enough that it does not interfere with the rear hatch access on my Hyundai Tucson. Even better is that I can gain easy access to the rear hatch even with the bikes mounted due to the tilt away function. The wheel trays easily accommodate both my mountain bike with 3" wide tires and my road bike as well. No need to spend additional money on fat tire wheel trays (common with other tray rack manufacturers). The threaded hitch pin keeps the rack completely secured in the receiver. A hitch pin lock and coated steel cable with lock (both use same key) to secure the bikes to the rack are a nice included feature. The fact that Saris manufactures these in the U.S.A. and they provide a lifetime warranty are also nice to know.
